Guided Meditation for Setting Boundaries (Trees)
In this guided meditation, we will practice setting healthy boundaries using visualization, energy work, and other fun processes. We will feel the energy of a tree - strong, stable and grounded.
Then we will speak from the voice of the Protector and set boundaries with an affirmative phrase. The Protector is one of the most important voices to develop if you want to hold your boundaries with confidence and clarity. 15 minutes.
Guided Meditation for Healthy Boundaries (Buttons)
In this healthy boundaries meditation, you will learn how to hold your boundaries so you cannot be manipulated by people who try to push your buttons.
We will explore your beliefs and speak to the voices (subpersonalities) that can help you set boundaries in relationships. This is my first meditation using the Voice Dialogue process, which my clients have been requesting for years. 15 minutes.
Guided Meditation for Boundaries (Affirmations)
In this guided meditation for boundaries, we will do a creative visualization to ground your energy. Then we will practice affirmations for boundaries.
You will learn how healthy boundaries give form to relationships and provide a sense of comfort and safety. You can improve your relationships by setting boundaries and staying grounded in your own energy. 10 minutes.
Guided Meditation for Codependency (Pleaser)
In this meditation for codependency, we will identify the voice of the Pleaser, which is a subpersonality that operates in relationships. We will also practice affirmations for codependency.
The Pleaser is one of the most important voices in Voice Dialogue. It has a profound influence on our personality and how we interact with others. Becoming aware of the Pleaser is life-changing. This meditation has beautiful music and a peaceful feeling. 15 minutes.
Guided Meditation for Codependency (Lighthouse)
In this guided meditation, we visualize a lighthouse standing tall and strong on a hill above the sea. We contemplate the purpose of the lighthouse and how it guides the ships to safety.
This meditation increases our self-confidence and helps us overcome codependency. We learn how to stand firm in our own energy as an example to others, especially when acting as a guide or teacher. This is very important for empaths and energy-sensitive people.
Guided Meditation for Codependency (Affirmations)
This is a guided meditation for codependency with affirmations. You will sit by the side of a beautiful lake as you meditate on healing your relationships.
You will practice creative visualization, breathwork, and affirmations for codependency. This is a very relaxing meditation with beautiful music. It is based on an actual experience I had at Mirror Lake in the Uintah mountains. 15 minutes.
Guided Meditation for Codependency (Island)
In this meditation, we will explore how creativity can help us overcome codependency. You will visit a tropical island, where you will learn how to use creativity to heal your codependent relationships. You will also learn about the purpose of anger and how it can be used to transform your relationships.
With a faster pace, upbeat music, and motivational ideas, this is a great morning meditation.
Guided Meditation for Boundaries (Saying No)
This guided meditation will help you to set boundaries by practicing saying no. You will learn how to say no in different ways with peaceful energy. It took me a year to learn how to do this from daily practice and self-observation. I put what I learned during that year into this 15 minute meditation.
The peaceful music will help you to stay calm and centered as you visualize scenarios and practice saying no.
