Fear of Failure Guided Meditation

In this guided meditation for fear of failure, you will meet someone who will help you to focus on a positive mindset, so you can overcome your fears and focus on success. 

In anthroposophy, birds represent mental capacities. The bird in this meditation helps you to develop positive thinking. Thinking is influenced feelings and vice-versa, so we also work with feelings using processes that I learned in the coaching academy. 15 minutes.
Setting Goals Guided Meditation

In this guided meditation for setting goals, you will go on a magic carpet ride to a foreign land, where you will learn how to set goals and visualize your future. It's a long meditation with a fun story line. So sit back and enjoy the ride :)

You can also use this meditation as a writing process. Just pause the recording and write down the answers to the questions. It's a tried and true technique that really works.
Reaching Goals Guided Meditation

This is a fun guided meditation for reaching goals and achieving success. This Law of Attraction meditation will help you to experience the confidence you need to reach your goals. 

In this story meditation, you will meet a fairy in the woods who will teach you Law of Attraction processes for achieving goals. I have used these highly effective processes with coaching clients many times. They really work! 15 minutes.

If you've ever wanted to meet your Fairy Godmother, this is your chance! This guided meditation for goal setting will help you to set goals that are not only achievable, but also satisfying and challenging.

The coaching process in this meditation is especially meaningful to me. It helped me to reflect on where I could put more effort into achieving my goals, as well as where I could lighten up and not push myself so hard. The time frame concept is also very helpful.

This is a relaxing meditation with beautiful music and the sound of ocean waves. It's perfect for reducing stress and anxiety while gently motivating you to accomplish your goals.

Accepting Change Guided Meditation

This meditation for accepting change will help you deal with transitions in your life. Transitions can include changing jobs, moving to a new place, becoming a parent, facing a health crisis, going back to school, leaving old relationships or starting new ones.

It's a good morning meditation with a fun story line. Or you can use it as a guided sleep meditation to bring creative ideas into your dreams. It has some pretty cool pictures, and the music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke is superb. I really enjoyed making this meditation.

The coaching process in this meditation approaches the problem of discovering your life purpose in a unique way that you may have never thought of before. You will probably want to do it more than once so you can go deeper into self-discovery each time.
